The cooperation process goes like this: the list owner entrusts its commercialization to Schober Polska as the broker. Schober Polska promotes the list on the market and offers it to potentially interested users. Client-users order a specified number of records selected from the owner’s list after obtaining the owner’s consent to lend them for a single use for a fee. Usually the database remains in the owner’s stock the entire time, and Schober merely rents the indicated portions of the database to satisfy specific orders.

The data of consumers who respond to the user’s marketing campaign are entered in the client’s internal database. The other records must be removed from this database.

The entire process must be properly secured, legally and business-wise. For this purpose:

• we guarantee full monitoring of rented database use by including control addresses in the lists,
• deduplication is performed using match codes, not the full data from your database,
• the terms and conditions of lending data are precisely defined in written documents (contracts and orders) prepared by Schober on the basis of negotiations with the owner,
• every lending of a list must be accepted in writing by the owner on the basis of the following information: who will use the records and when, what products/services will be promoted, what format/model will the promotional materials assume.
• the owner alone may decide to whom, when and for what campaigns the database is lent,
• the broker is responsible for ensuring the security of data in the written terms and conditions of lending the database.

Cooperation in this manner enables the list owner to obtain additional revenue without extra expenditures of time or money. All sales activities and formalities are performed by the Schober Group.
