PromoPost Direct

Partially addressed mailings are a service that was created and introduced by the Schober Group in cooperation with the national postal operators of Germany, Austria and Switzerland as an alternative for clients who consider standard addressed mailings to be too costly, and unaddressed mailings to be inefficient and ineffective due to their excessively broad reach.

Our product – PromoPost Direct – is based on valuable information in our databases (including MicroBase) on private persons and our close partner-like cooperation with postal operators, who guarantee that correspondence will reach the selected groups of individual recipients at attractive prices. Our strategic partner in Germany in the area of partially addressed mailings is Deutsche Post AG; in Austria, it’s Österreichische Post AG; and in Switzerland, it’s Swiss Post AG.

Clients can choose their target group based on the following selection criteria:

  • age of recipient,
  • sex of recipient,
  • number and age persons in the household,
  • size, name of locality,
  • province (województwo), county (powiat), township (gmina)
  • type of building (single-family home vs multi-family building),
  • purchasing power index.

On the basis of the selected criteria, Schober will prepare an address list using databases containing information on 37 million people in Poland:

  • 11.4 million households,
  • 5.2 million buildings,
  • 4.48 million single-family homes,
  • 642,000 multi-family buildings.

The database describes over 37 million people, which provides coverage on the level of address points for 91% of the population of Poland!

The preparation of mailings to be sent (preparation of materials, packaging/ enveloping) is not included in the PromoPost Direct package, as this stage is usually performed by the client. If, however, the client expresses interest in ordering this service from Schober, it will be priced separately and carried out by our specialized partners.

Under the PromoPost Direct package we ensure that mailings reach their destination thanks to close cooperation with the largest Polish postal operators, who guarantee that correspondence will reach the selected group of recipients. The standard correspondence delivery time for this type of service in Poland is about 5 working days.
